Muscular Strength: the force used when your muscles pull or push
Muscular Strength - Whenever our muscles push or pull on something we are using muscular strength and becoming stronger. Any athlete knows that a simple way to improve at something is to become stronger. The same thing happens in P.E. class. We work everyday to improve our fitness and increase our muscular strength.
Mountain Climber: Students use muscular strength and their teams mates to pull themselves across the gym in various ways.

Alphabet Push-Ups: For some students a push-up is not possible but simply holding the position of a push-up can work the muscles. To make it fun students have to high five each other for each letter of the alphabet.
Bean Bag Grab: Students hold the push-up position until the music stops and then first person to grab the bean bag wins a point.
