There are lots of ways to travel in the gym !
Traveling: Students will be focusing on all elements of travel including being able to find personal space and general space in every activity. Locomotion movements will be used in everything and will help students focus on different ways to travel across the gym. Locomotion movements refer to running, walking, hopping, jumping, leaping, skipping, and galloping and are the foundation of being an athlete. A creative twist to traveling is incorporating some rolling and tumbling into our PE lessons as well as some mini dance lessons. You can expect to see your student traveling around the house in all sorts of new ways.
